- A patron of the American University of Sharjah; supporting their activities & providing employment and internship opportunities to students
- A founding partner of Sharjah Entrepreneurship Centre, supporting young entrepreneurs

- Launched outreach programmes such as the Bee’ah School of Environment to encourage environmental activism in students from a young age

DIGITISATION AT BEE’AH
- How will digitization affect employment at Bee’ah: As a digitally advanced company, we are working with next-generation technologies, such as AI, blockchain and machine learning, but our purpose in using these technologies is not to limit human talent, but to create a more productive workplace, where digital platforms support our employees
- Human Resource Management System (HRMS):
- We have become one of the first semi-government companies in the region to automate all recruitment, on-boarding & training functions
- This will allow to streamline our functions, allowing us to select the best candidates, facilitate faster selection and decision-making, smoother on-boarding and ongoing training
- It will also allow our employees to work faster and cut down on time spent on mundane tasks, from around 2 weeks to 3 days
- We have also launched an e-learning platform in partnership with IEMS
