BEEAH’s flagship executive development program returns for 2025-2026 edition, set to equip a new cohort of 20 participants with skills to lead transformation in an era of digital disruption
SHARJAH, 13 MAY 2025: Following the success of its inaugural edition, BEEAH, the region’s pioneer for sustainability and innovation, has officially announced the launch of the 2025–2026 Future Leadership Program (FLP), welcoming a new cohort of high-potential professionals from within the organization as well as external companies. Launched in collaboration with Emeritus, the program empowers participants to become strategic, agile leaders while expanding their capabilities across critical business domains—including communication, analytics, financial acumen, innovation, and emerging technologies—equipping them to drive transformation in a decade defined by rapid digital change.
In response to the surge in AI and emerging technologies, the program helps companies successfully navigate some of the world’s biggest challenges and opportunities. The 10-month executive development program features a uniquely forward-thinking curriculum, designed to prepare high-potential mid-level managers to thrive and lead future-ready organizations. By providing a dynamic blend of leadership development, strategic thinking, and hands-on application, the program encourages self-discovery and executive presence, design thinking for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and financial fluency. Participants will explore how to lead high-performing teams, drive strategic execution, and manage change with agility, preparing them to effectively tackle the complexities of the modern era for their organizations.
Speaking on the sidelines of the launch event, Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice Chairman of BEEAH, stated: “At BEEAH, we believe that people and innovation are key to companies thriving in the modern economy. As technology continues to accelerate faster than many employees can upskill, we’ve designed the Future Leadership Program as a transformative journey to build critical skills and knowledge for the evolving business landscape. The Future Leadership Program is not only a development initiative for individual employees at BEEAH, but an essential part of our evolution on an organizational level to meet our ambitious growth targets. This year, we are also pleased to have industry peers and partners nominate their employees, who will be equipped to identify and capitalize on the unprecedented opportunities in the market, driven by the digital revolution.”
The program will include immersive learning experiences, classroom sessions, executive coaching, keynote events, and industry site visits to leading organizations in the UAE that offer participants the opportunity to learn more about best practices and organizational excellence. Participants will be challenged with a capstone project, allowing them to apply their learning to address real-world organizational problem-solving. The program is designed to accommodate executives’ busy calendars, combining 10 modules of in person classes, which are complemented by self-paced online certificate courses accredited by top-tier global business universities and institutions in collaboration with Emeritus, including Columbia Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth. With an average time commitment of 30 hours per week, participants will embark on a dynamic journey of holistic learning alongside their professional commitments for an elevated leadership trajectory.
Initially designed to enhance management capabilities of BEEAH employees in line with the company’s growth strategy, the program is now building on the milestones from last year by opening its doors to external participants. The 20 participants in the 2025-2026 cohort will include executives from BEEAH as well as prominent organizations working in sectors such as media, philanthropy and education. The program reflects BEEAH’s legacy of fostering cross-sector collaboration with like-minded organizations, while also offering the cohort diverse perspectives on leadership.
Hind Al Huwaidi, Chief Executive Development Officer of BEEAH, added: “The success of the inaugural cohort affirmed our belief that high-potential talent, when empowered with the right tools and exposure, can drive extraordinary impact. With this edition of the FLP, and annual enrolment in the coming years, BEEAH demonstrates its commitment to empowering future talent through comprehensive education initiatives, catalyzing positive change across industries and creating new opportunities for shared growth and innovation.
